Shipping policy

Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on all orders to UK addresses. We currently deliver to the UK only and can't ship overseas yet.

How long will it take?

Orders are dispatched from our UK suppliers, and most arrive within 2-7 working days of being placed (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Delivery times are estimates. Busy periods, bad weather and courier delays can occasionally slow things down.
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. We'll email your tracking details once your order is on its way. If tracking hasn't updated for a few days, or you haven't received your order after 7 working days, email brollypup@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you (or someone you nominate). If it's lost in transit we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, you're entitled to cancel and receive a full refund. If a parcel arrives damaged, please see our Refund and Returns Policy.

Address details

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
